RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to Watches, Jewellery Sets, Hair Accessories, Hand Bags, Mobile Enhancement Accessories, Sunglasses, and Polti Bags.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.
• Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products showing signs of use, damage due to customer handling, or missing packaging will not be eligible for return.
• Earrings and personal-use jewellery items (if applicable) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

3. Refund Policy

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund will be processed.
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy
